Well, currently the forum thread is discussing home schooling. Many left wingers are suggesting that they want kids exposed to different ideas. I think this is the furthest thing form the truth. They want kids exposed to leftist ideas and prevented from learning conservative ideas from their parents. They know that the public school system is dominated by left leaning ideology and that most parents who want alternatives to the public school are conservatives. A large chuck of leftist power depends on leftists indoctrinating the children of conservatives.
